The Anakosmos Women in Tech Program empowers women and girls with resources that create an opportunity for technology based training programs and development.
In the face of research which shows that nearly 70% of Ghanaian women drop out of the Tech pipeline between the junior and mid-level points in their careers due to homemaking ,the program provides flexible Tech tutorials, access to modern technology and remote work opportunies when and where suitable .
The programs seek to unearth and develop the talents of girls and women in the technology space.
